BY virtue ofa Writ of Statute Execution, to me di- rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Edward Worrell Alleyne, against Edward Stewart, Ihavc taken and seized as the Property of the said Edward Stewart, all his Right, Title, and Interest, in and to part of Town Lot No. 16, third range, Letter F, in Georgetown, fronting 32 feet on Main Street and extending East by parallel lines 81 feet, bound- ed on the South by Lot No. 1, 0n the East by Lot No. 15, third range, Letter F, and on the North by the remaining portion of said Lot No. 16, together with the Dwelling House and all other Buildings thereon. And I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will on Saturday, the Fourth day of July next, A. 1)., 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court Ilouse, in Georgetown, in King’s County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said Property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being Fifty-four Pounds thirteen Shillings and four Pence, with interest on Fifty Pounds, part thereof from 6th December 1865, until paid, besides Sherifl’s fees and all incidental expenses. Y virtue of a \Vrit of Fieri Facias, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature, at the suit of George Howatt against John Gamble, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Gamble, all the Right, Title and Leasehold In- terest of the said John Gamble in and to 90 acres of Land, together with the Buildings and Improvements thereon, situate at Tryon, Lot or Township Number 28, at present in the occupation of the said John Gamble, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 22nd day of February, 1868, at Twelve o’clock noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £305 16s. 8d., with Interest on £300, part thereof, from 22nd June last until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

D. 1868, at the hour of 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy maked on the said writ, being Forty-one pounds nine, teen shillings and ﬁve pence, with interest on £36 19s- 5d, part thereof“ from the 28th day of March, A.
