NEW YORK. Aug. 1%- (AP)- Presiderit Ford Prick of the Na- tional Leauze today ordered Sni- rlay’s second game between Brook- lyn Dodgers and Philadelphia Phil- lies at Shlbe Park be replayed as a "suspended game," starting at the last half of the seventh lan- ing with the Dodgers leading 5-4.

Seething after receiving a re- port from his umpires, Frick call- ed the game, halted by the '1 o'clock Pennsylvania curfew, s. "farcical exhibition which was a disgrace to baseball and s con- plete travesty of e11 the rules of sportsmanship."

The game was called by Umpire George Barr shortly after Harry Walker, first Philadelphia batter in the last half of the seventh, inning. had taken his place at the plate. The count on him was two balls and one strike. and that is where the two clubs will resume play on Sept. 25.
