I turned the job over to various subordinates, but each time she came into my private office to do her weeping, and inside of a week she had the whole force wrought up to a point where business was being neglected, and she was still drawing salary just the same. Woman in business may be all right, but when it comes to getting her out of business somebody else can have the job.
