Daniel Hodgson and James Pcakc, surviving Trustees and Executors of James Peake. deceased, against William Watson. I have taken and wind as the pro- pert y of the said William Watson. All the Right. Title, and Freehold Interest of the said V‘Villiam Watson. in and to the following property, viz: all that tract of land situate on the North side of Montague River. on Lot filty~tw0. (52.) and is bounded as follows. viz: com- mencing at the Western boundary of land formerly owned by Doctor Kaye, now in the possession of the said William Watson. running Westwardly along the said River, nineteen (19) chains eighty-six (86) links, till it meets the boundary of land owned by David Ross; thence following the Said line North. to the boundary of land owned by James and Neil Stewart; thence along the said boundary East, nineteen (l9) chains eighty~six (86) links. to the aforesaid boundary of land in the possession of the said William Watson; thence along the said boundary South. to the place of commencement, r-ontaining one hundred and fifty (150) acres of land. a. little more or less. and is in the occupation and posses- sion of William Annear. sevanty-five (75) acres, and \Vidow Emery. seventy-five (75) acres. Also that other tract or parcel of land likewise situated on the North side of Montague River. commencing at the Western boundary of land owned by the said David Ross; thence along the said boundary North, to land owned by Duncan Stewart; thence West, twenty-nine (29) chains seventy-nine links, to land owned by Thomas Collins; thence Souili, to Montague River; thence along said River Westwardly. to the place of commencement. and containing two hundred and twenty-Seven (227) acres of land, a little more or less. and is at present leased to Alexander Campbell. eighty (80) acres. Joseph Power, sex-ennufive (75) acres. and Duncan Campbell, seventy two (72) acres. Also that other tract or parcel of land likewise. situated on the North side of Montague River. and hounded on the East by land owned by I). I). 1871, at the hour of twelve o’clock. noon. at the Court House, in Georgetown, in the said County. set up and sell at public Auction. the above recited property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the. Levy marked on the said \Vrit, being for the sum of flirt.y-six pounds. seventeen shillings and seven-pence (.646 17s. 7d.) With interest thereon. from the twentieth day of March. A.
