A sad gloom was cast over Free- town on the morning of April 38th, when it was learned that Geo. N. Reeves had cased to the Great Beyond at the early age o! 60 years

The sick committee rqported that t-‘wv had visited and wasted with fruit three co-nvaleeotnz resi- dents of the district.

The school committee reported that thev had collected $9.00 in the community to out towards purchasing "DiXle Cups" end gon- tainer. for the school. They also ieported that soon was needed in the school.

It was moved bv Mrs. Ernest MacCobe and seconded by Mrs. Bruce Judson that we purchase the Dixie cups as soon as possible.

The sick and school committees also reported that their combined expenses amounted to $1.30.
