Practice Sessions Resume At O'Leary.

After a nine week visit with his parents, Dr. and Mrs. J.A. McMillan, Colin McMillan, SDU Rhodes Scholar, returned to Ox- ford England yesterday where he’ will continue his . studies.

Mr. McMillan arrived from England July 26 after two years of studying abroad. He complet- ed his course in Modern. His- tory in June, and will reeeive his degree (B.A., Oxon. Honours) at the fall convocation.

This year he plans to study physiology at Oriel College.

While home, he did research work in nineteenth century Is land_history. with Rev. —-Dr. F.W.P. Bolger at St. Dunstan's. ‘and served .as assistant football coach with Ed Hilton and Jack Kane since training camp opened Sept. 6- ,

His present course at Oxford lasts one year.

The band auxiliary, composed of parents of band _ members, under the guidance of chairman, Heath Woodside, and Chester MacMackin, manager of O’- Leary’s bank of Nova Scotia, and chairman of the O'Leary Lions Club Band Committee, are en- thusiastic in their support of this special venture, and are only regretful that they didn’t begin the band a year earlier, in which case it might have had the honor of taking part in
