Three Nights of Comedy Acts

From December 18 to the 20, there will be a series of three one-act come- dies, taking place in the Steel Recital Hall right here at UPEI. The comedy will begin precisely at 7:01 pm

each night. There will be an 8 dollar cover, with a 3 dol- lar discount for students and seniors. Come and laugh until your stomach eats your bleating, pumping heart, and explodes out through your neurotic, giggling mid-body torso.

Those involved would like to first warn that

some people become unable to function properly upon laughing a great deal, and there is a chance that you may be one of these people. You may find you are hav- ing trouble containing your- self, and it is being advised that you simply let your hor- rible snorts and cackles out. Class clowns now studying

here at the university sug- gest that one is less likely to have a crippling double-her- nia if one opens up into a vicious spasm of mad laugh- ter every once in a while. It is believed that this is due to a releasing of the built-up tensions in need of expendi- ture.
