Road Compensation—Public Notice. ‘ TIIEREAS a Writ has been issued, directed to the under- signed, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the Fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways," and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to assess the damage or advantage that will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intended to be made, commencing at the Main Shore Road, Kildare Capes, on the line between Geo. McRae‘s and William Clarke’s,and running W'estward, and which road will run through or over the pro- party of the said George McRae and William Clarke :

Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties, thatwe will commence the execution ofsaid Writ, on TUESDAY, the 20th day of AUGUST, at or near the House of Geo. McRac, Lot 2, at the hour of nine o’clock in the forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said intended new line of road and complete the inquest according to law.
