First, we must decide with certaioty whatis the shore. Webster gives as the legal definition of the words, * The space between high water acd low water mark.” It will be generally admitted that the front of the shore is that looking towards the sea, and that the bank is back of the shore. It follows that the shore front given by the legislature is 100 feet of land between high and low water mark. Had the legislature intended to give a part of
