Y virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Ju- dicature,,at the suit of John Appollinarius McDOnell. against Alexander McGilveray, I have taken and seized as the preperty of the said Alexander McGilveray, all the Right, Title, and LeaSe‘hold Interest of the said Alexander MeGilveray. in and to all that Tract, piece, and parcel ofland, situate on Township number thirty- five; being a right-angled parallelogram of about ten chains, by ninty chains, and bounded on the north by \Vidow Norman McIntyre’s farm {on the south. by land leased to Donald Campbell; on the west, by Township line between Lots tl’lll‘ly-flml‘ and thirty-five ; and on the cast, by Matthias McDonald’s farm; and now known as Alexander McGilveray‘s farm ; containing by estimation, ninety and one-quarter acres, a little more or less, in Queen’s County. and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the eighth day ofJunc next. 1869, at Twelve o’clock. noon, at the Court House, in (L‘harlottetown, in the said County, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being twenty pounds four shillings and two pence, (£20 43. 2d,) debt and costs, besides Sheriff’s fees and all inci- dental expenses.
