No. l. , LASSES are about to be formed in Charlottetown, for the iii- struc:iou of Ollicrrs and Non-Commissioned ()lliccrs of \'oliiii- teers and Regular Militia,and ofotlicr gentlemen desirous ofobtaiu- ing Commissions and Appointments in the Militia.
There will be classes in the morning from 6.45, a m. to 7.45, a. m., and also classes in the evening. Any further information respecting the arrangements will be furnished on application to the Adjutant General or Captain Cropley.
In all points of Drill and Instruction. Officers will rank as Privates whilst actually in course of lnstruction in these classes.
Examinations will be held from time to time, in accordance with Sections 18. 1‘.) and ‘20 of the Militia Act, and certificates will be granted to those who pass such examinations.
It is requested that gentlemen desirous otattending these classes will forward their names to Captain Cropley, on or before Saturday, the 16th instant.
No. 2.
Classes for instruction will also be formed at Summerside and Georgetown. Otlicers, non-commissioned Ullicers and other gentle- men desirous of obtaining certificates are requested to forward their names to Captain Croplcy without delay.
No. 3-
Ofiicers, non-commissioned Ollicers and other gentlemen, in the Country districts, desirous of obtaining certificates, who live at too great a distance to allow of their attending drill at the above places, are also requested to forward their names without delay, to Capt.Cropley,in order that arrangements may be made for aliording them instruction. 13y Command,

Companies in compliance with the 26th Section of the Militia
Act, and forward without delay, to Head Quarters, a Return of
those members who have complied with the provisions of the said
Act. For this purpose they will be furnished with Muster Rolls by Captain Crepely.

ROAD COMPENSATION NOTICE.
" IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the
Undersigned, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a certain New Line of Road is intended to pass, leading from Fortune Cove to Mill Road, Township No. —. Now we do here- by give public notice, to all parties concerned, that we will com- mence the execution of said Commission, by attending at the Fortune Cove Bridge, on MONDAY. the ltitii day of JULY next. at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon of the same day, and
will proceed then and there to execute the said Commission accord- ing to Law.

UBLIC Notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, Court of Assize and General Jail delivery for Queen’s County, will be held at the Court House in Charlottetown, on Tuesday, the 26th day of JUNE, inst., at the hour of Ten o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Baililfs, will take notice,and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several offices shall be to be done.

On Friday the 29th, at 8 o’clock, a. m., the new line of road from the Wood Island Road to St. Mary‘s Road, sale to commence at the St. Mary‘s Road; same day, at 2 o’clock, p. m., the new line of road from Montague to Whim ltoad, sale to commence at the Whim ltoad; immediately after, McFarlauc’s Bridge.
Ample Security will be required for the satisfactory performance of each contract.

Road District No. 8—King’s County.
HE Sale of Roads and Bridges in this District, Will take place as follows, viz: -
On Monday the 18th June, at 8 o'clock, the road from Alley’s Mills to line of Lot 38, sale to commence at Alley’s Mills; at 11 o’clock, Baldwin’s Road, North from the Cross Roads ; at 1 o’clock, Baldwin’s Road and Bridges; at 3 o’clock, Staiihope Road, Lot 51, from Baldwin’s Road to Lot 60; at 4 o’clock, Brother’s Road.
On Tuesday, 19th, at 7 o’clock, the road from Hugh Mac- Aulay’s to Georgetown Road; at 9 o’clock, the road from the School House at. Johnston’s to R. McDonald’s Road; at 11 o’clock, R. McDonald’s Road; at 2 o’clock, Bridge at R. McDonald's Mill; at 4 o’clock, repairing Swamp on Peake’s Road.
On Wednesday the 20th, at 8 o’clock, the Union Road and Hills; at 9 o’clock, Sparrow’s Road; at 11 o’clock, from Sparrow’s Road to County Line; at 1 o’clock, County Line Road; at 3 o’clock, road from the County Line to Campbell’s, south side Montague; at 5 o’clock, the road from Sparrow’s Road past Einery’s.

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out
of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit
0f Hon. James Yec against John Cameron. I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Cameron, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Cameron, in and to Sixty-two Acres of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot No. 16, on the Eg- mont Bay Road near Kent’s, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I Will, on Thursday, the 13th day of De- cember. 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Elem nor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £37 8s. Md. currency, with interest on £34 8s. 35d, part thereof, from 30th January, 1865, until paid, and 17s. for said writ, besides Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses.
