The learned judge held that (1) Suppliant had sufficient notice of the conditions printed upon the face of the ticket under which he was to be carried, and that if, under the circumstances he saw fit to put the ticket in his pocket without reading it he halonly his own carelessness or indift- erence to blame for it: (2) That apart from a “No stop over” condition printed on the face of the ticket, the contract to carry in such a case is for one continuous journey. The petition was dismissed with costs.
