A miscellaneous shower in honor of Miss Ada Graham. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Graham of ayview was held at her home on Thursday. Oct. 25th. Although.the weather was un- favorable and part of the road ' t impassable, upwards to fifty guests

The room and the bride-to-be's chair were beautifully decorated in pink and white along with bouquets of cut flowers.

Miss Ada was escorted into the room by her friend Miss Ruth Simpson while Mrs. Graham played the strains of "Here Comes The Bride". Little Miss lnwther presented the bride- to-be with a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

The many baskets of gifts were carried into the room by Misses Katherine Wyand of Cavendish and Carol Ann Graham of Char- lottetown and the following open- ed and arranged the many love- ly gifts. Misses Bessie Moore. Earith MscLeod, Shirley Macxay and Mrs. R. Andrews, Mrs. A. Gorveatt. Mrs. C. Clark with Miss Jennie Moore reading the verses which added much merri- inent. -

Miss Graham thanked one and all for the lovely gifts, and all Joined in singing "For She's A Jolly Good Fellow". A very dainty lunch was served by the ladies assisted by the hostess and a pleasant social evening was en- joyed by all.
