FIRE LAST NIGHT-qt barn on Dorchesler St. east belonging to Mr. H. McCloskey. was severly zutt ed by fire yesterday evening Th2 firemen were called out shortly af- ter 8 p. m. and on their arrival at ‘he scone of the fire found the flames dungerour-ly under way‘. lt took nearly an hours’ application o.’ the hose thoroughly to subdue the fine and make everything sale. Little of value was destroy- cd other than the building which was badly danlaged. The fire is supposed to have started from a cigarette bun carelessly left burn- ing.
