Donalds, showed more speed than the rest and took ﬁrst money. with the Midget a good second, af- ter capturing the 2nd heat in ﬁne style. The Midget was recently pur- chased by Mr. Nelson Owen and with some training will make the best of them step to beat her. She was driven by the veteran reinsman Mr. Robert Crater. Maggie, owned by Ned McLeod was a close third.

In Class B there were ﬁve horses answered the start/ens bell, namely, Little Peter, Pansy B., King Kelly, Yankee Prince, Maid O. S. Little Peter owned and driven by Will De- laney won easily in straight heats, Pansy B., second; King Kelly, third, Yankee Prince, fourth and Maid O. S. fifth.

Seven horses answered the start-- car's bell in Class 0., Billy Boy, Teddy Tilford, D ,ey Boy, Queen Alice, Ruby 0., Elizabeth, Bob. The ﬂYSF heat was won by Darnley Boy, Ruby 0., second, Queen Alice, third, Billy Boy fourth, Elizabeth ﬁfth, Teddy Tilford sixth and Bob seventh. In the second heat Teddy Tilford came from far behind to win easily. Darn- ley Boy second, Elizabeth third. Ill the third heat, Billie Boy won by two lengths, Queen Alice second. Ted- dy Tllford third. Another heat was then necesary to decide ﬁrst and second positions. Billy Boy capturlns the heat and ﬁrst money, Teddy Til- ford second and Darnley Boy third. Billie Boy is owned by Cecil Casley of Spring valley and made a good showing in her ﬁrst start.
