Excellent album by an already excellent band.

This highly anticipated albumeasily surpassed Empire with really solid music. It compares favourably to Operation: Mindcrime (Their best album to date). Although quieter, Prom- ised Lands shines with classic Queensryche power. (5)

Thirsty Ear Music This album is a pretty decent bout of heavy metal music. It’s good listening if you hunger for some good, loud music. It has some solid tunes, with good instrumentation. Although there may not be anything that jumps up and bites you, this album is a good listen.
