And the owners of the aforesaid Lots. parts of Lots. and tracts of Land so in arrear, and proclaimed as aforesaid, are hereby notified that, in case the sums charged on them as aforesaid. together with the costs which have been incurred, shall not be paid before the next EASTER TERM of the Supreme Court, which will commence on Tuesday. the Fourth day of May next, application will be made to the Supreme Court. during the said term, for Judgment against the said Lots or tracts of Land respectively.
