A North Rustico man, Richard Robert Kerwin, was sentenced -to seven days in Queens County Jail | following his plea of guilty in | City Police Court, to the charge of having the care and control of a motor vehicle while intoxi- cated, when he appeared before Magistrate K.M. Martin Tuesday.

A similar jail term was given to Clarence Murphy of Beaton’s | Mills following his plea of guilty to the charge of drucken driving.
