Labor Minister Criticized © For Views Given To Union
OTTAWA (CP)—Labor Minis- ter Nicholson was criticized by union leaders here after he told a conference on man- power training that .voluntary co-operation between labor and management can solve some of the problems in this field.
The four-day conference, due to end at a closed-door session today, is on a mah- power policy statement for the Canadian Labor Congress con- vention in. Winnipeg April 25-29.
