A party con- victed under the Excise Act was fined $100 and costs or three months. while anoher party who pleaded guilty to a second offence under the Excise Act was fined $500 and costs or 51x months. A Pro- hibition case iwas adjourned untll August 9th.

CASE ADJOURNED - Alfred Weeks and Ivan McCarville, jointly charged with breaking. entering, and thaft, appeared before Judge C.
