will be in constant contact with the Business Manager, Candidates were asked how they felt this position should operate.

Ray Shalala proposed that there should be either a full—time business manager or none at all. There is too much confusion if there is a part-time manager.

Carol MacDonald wanted a full—time Business and Alan Long thought that a part—time Business Manager was better than not having

on, they just don't want to' know. Kip wants to straigh— ten out the poor advertizing
