SEALED TENDERS will be received at this Ofﬁce until i MONDAY, the 27th day tifllIAY next, at '2 o’clock, p. m.. from any person or persons being willing to furnish the Government with a last-sailing. staunch, substantial VESSEL, ofnot less than .30 tons hurtheir. U. 31.. having good cabin. acconunmlations for passengers, and being, sufficiently manned, and fully ant. properly equipped and .ipprll‘cit‘ul, and subject in all things to the approval of the Govern- ment. The said Vessel to be required to run once a fortnight be- tween the port of Charlottetown and Cascumpcc, in this Island, from the First day ot'JUNE next, until the 3ist day ofDECEMBER, oi' the close of navigation in the present year, 1567.

The Tender is required to name the ace, tonnage, rig and accom- modations ot'the vessel tendered, and also the sum which the Ten- derer will engage to perform the whole term ol'scrvice for; and fur- ther, also, the names of two persons of known responsibility, who will beCome bound for the due performance of the service. All freight and passage money to be the property of the owner of the Vessel. The Tender is required to express on its cover: “ Tender for Charlottetown and Cascunipec Packet Service.

The Government is not bound to accept the lowest Tender.

of John H. Gates, against Robert S. Irving, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Robert S. Irving, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Robert S. Irving, in and to 68 acres of Land, situate on Township No. 67, bounded and described as follows: commencing at a stake fixed on the North-east side of the road lead- ing to Princetown, and at the south-east boundary ofJames Biggar’s farm ; thence running North 45 degrees East for the distance of 37 chains and 40 links, or until it strikes the western boundary of Township No. 2], thence following said boundary 52 chains and 60 links, or until it strikes the aforesaid Road, and thence following the said road North-westwardly to the place of commencement, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen’s
