I have levied the said writ for the several amounts due thereon, as above stated. and I do hereby give public notice, that 1 will set up and sell at the Court House, in Saint Eleanor’s, in Prince County, at public auction. on the 27th day of I‘lEBltlv'AllY next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, the following portions of" the above recited Township Lands, viz :—

All that tract, piece or parcel of Land, commencing at a stake set in the north-west angle of one hundred acres of land, the property of Arthur and Archibald Ramsay, thence due north to: the south-west angle of land in the possession of Hugh Mcl)onald,and from thence two points by two par- allel lines running south seventy-two thrgrees, east to land in possession of Donald Morrison, containing an area of one- hundred Acres of hand, a little more or less, and is part of Lot or Township No. 8, in County and Island aforesaid.

Also. all that piece or parcel of Land, commencing at a stake set for the north-west angle of one lmndrcd acres of land in possession of John Campbell, from thence by a line running cast for the distance of ten chains, twenty-eight links, thence south, ninety-seven chains and thirty links, or to the south-east angle of said one hundred acres, thence west ten chains and twenty-eight links, thence north to the stake at place of commencement, containing One Hundred Acres of Land, 8. little more or less, and is part of Lot or Township No. S, in County and Island aforesaid.

Also, all that piece or parcel of Land. bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say :—commencing at a stake set in the south side of the road leading from the Brae lliver to the Main Western Road, thence from said river running to the north-east, along said read for the distance of ten chains and seventy-ﬁve links, or to a stake set in the south side ofsaid road, from thence running south sixty-oncchains, or to the north boundary line of McLean’s Mill Farm, thence west along said line to said river. thence following down said River to the road at the place oficommenccment, containing Fifty- sevcn Acres of Land, :1 little more or less, and is ~part of Lot or Township No. i), in County and Island aforesaid.

Also, all that piece or parcel of Land, bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say :-——commencing at a stake set in the north side of the road leading from the Brae Settlement to Pierre Jacques, from thence running along the north side of said read such a distance as will make ten chains west, and from these two last described points run- ning two parallel lines north for the distance ofonc hundred chains. containing an area of One Hundred Acres of Land, a little more or less, now in the possession ofJohn McKinnon, and is part of Lot 01‘ Township No. 9, in County and lsland aforesaid.

Also, all that piece» or parcel of Land, bounded and des- cribed as follows, that is to say :-—bounded and fronting on upper Ellis River on the south ; on the west by land in pos- session ot Alexander Allen and Hugh Gillis ; on the cast by land in the possession of Michael Malone, and on the north by the division line of Lots numbers Fourteen and Sixteen, and containing an area of One [lundred Acres of Land, more or less, at present in the occupation of Larrisuy, and is part of Lot or Township Number Sixteen, in County and Island aforesaid, or as much thereof as will satisfy the. respective levies marked on the said writ as aforesaid, be» sides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses.
