His plan is to load scows by a steam dredge and with the aid of a tug boat land these ecows at various yglaces aloog the bay shores to be dieposed of to farmers in tummer. There are millions of tons of this veluable fertilizer which can’t be got iu winter owing to various reasons. We think the proposition quite feasable if the money can be raised.

Would that there were more like hiro. He leaves one brother, Rev. James McDonald, V.G., St. Andrews, one son, five daughters and many grand children, Mrs. P. P. Gillis, of Charlottetown, is a daughter.
