Road Compensation Act.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

WHEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present- Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of Road is intended to pass, leading from the School House, On Black River Road, through John Flynn’s farm—along the southern boundary of James Dougan’s farm—and to the Mill- cove Road :

Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties con» cerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission by attending on the said line of Road, at or near Patrick Bearney’s, on MONDAY, the 19th day of AUG US’I‘ next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act 14th Vic., Cap. 1, and of the Acts in amendment thereof.
