By ANTOINE YARED CAIRO (AP) — A big cere- mony will be held Jan. 10 near the site of the Aswan high dam to signal the start of work on that project in the Nile River. President Gamat Abdel Nasser ! of the United Arab Republic will Stand at a place about 24 miles from the dam site. He will push a small button to explode 220 pounds of dynamite beneath the hard granite rocks now occupying the dam position. This’ will con- stitute thé first positive opération in building the billion - dollar | dam.
