Mr. Abbott said there now are about 13.000 in the corps and this number will be extended to l5.- 000

The value of sea cadet training in the bringing up of young men lylas recognized. It was claimed by Navy League officials that there was not a record of a single serious offence against s member of the cadet corps. Mr. Abbott said he was unable to conﬁrm the statement but was ready to accept its accuracy.
