Also 1 mill site, also at the head of the said River, bounded on the North by said Road, leading from Souris to the North Shore; on the East by land owned by George Rice; on the South by land owned by John Kickham. and on the West by land owaed by William McCabe. on Township (44) forty- f'onr, with a Saw mill thereon. Also seven acres of land a little more or less, bounded on the North by land in possession of Peter Longapie ; on the East by the said Road leading from Souris to the North Shore, South and West by the mill brook and dam, on Township (44) for- ty-four. with a dwelling house and ham thereon. all in King’s County. And I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will. on Wednesday, the first day of June (A.D.) 1870, one thousand eight hundred and seventy, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon. at- the Court House in George- town. in the said County. set up and sell, at Public Auction. the above recited property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ. being for the sum of four hundred and four pounds nine shil- lings and three pence. debt and costs, with interest on (£394) three hundred and ninety four ounds. part thereof from the first day of June.
