At St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Yak- ima, Washington, Minnie R. Simp- son, wife of Rev. Edwin Simpson. passed away Wednesday, May 6th. Mrs. 5110118011 was a patient suffer- er since Just before Christmas, and during that period high hopes were held for her entire recovery. Deep sympathy is expressed to Rev. Mr. Simpwn and his many relatives in this Province. A Service of Remem- beranoe was held in the First Bap- tist Church of Yakima, where Rev. Edwin Simpson is minister, on Sun- day, May 10th. The funeral service and interment were at Bloomlngton. Illinois.

The death-occurred at Wlnsloe on May 5th, oi Thomas Brady in his 80th year. The late Mr. Brady has been falling for some time but was forced to take his bed six weeks ago.
