The road leading to the shore was lined with cars and it was estimated that over three hundred people were present. Not ior some time has there been such a gathering on Schurmans shore. The 'I‘ryon Society had the largest num- ber oi members present. Several ministers attended the Rally and were delighted with the attendance. North Bedeque Young People open- ed the Rally with a devotional per- iod at 2 o'clock. Following this Rev. J. C. MacDonald. a missionary on furlough irom Trinidad, gave a most interesting story o! the work oi the missionaries in China, Japan and other parts of the For East.
