Notice is hereby, that on application of John IlIcFadyen, Laborer, of Summerside, in the county of Prince, in Prince Edward Island, made to his Honor the Commissioner in In- solvency, pursuant to “ 'l‘he Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1868,” I do, by his Honor’s directions, hereby appoint Tuesday, the seventeenth day of August next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said' John McFadyen, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
