Execution, issued out of the Supreme Court of Judicature, and heretofore advertised to be sold, and several times postponed, will take place at the Court House in Queen's County, on Tuesday, the 3d day of April next, at the hour of lZo‘clock, noon, —said land is described as follows:— Commencing on the west side of the Monaghan Road at the south- east Corner of land formerly in possession 01 James Finnigan,thence West 166 chains, thence south 8 chains, thence east to the road; and thence north to the place of commencement, containing by estimation 80 acres, and is part of Lot or Township No. 36, in Queen’s County,—-amount of levy £67 153 7d, together with inter- est, bherill’s fer-s and incidental expenses.
