SHERIFF'S SALES-

Y virtue of a Precept to me directed, issued by the Hon. John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against William Patrick Kelly, of St. Patrick’s Parish, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said William Patrick Kelly, All his right, title and interest, in and to two certain tracts, pieces or parcels of Land, situate on Township Number 39, in King's County. The first containing 19 acres of Land, a little more or less, fronting on the Post Road leading to St. Peter’s, with the appurtenances there— on. The scoond containing 12 acres of land, a little more or less, fronting on Sinnot’s Road; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 8th day of August next, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property to satisfy the levy mark- ed on the said Precept, being .616 63 7d., besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit

of James Yeo against Sylvang DeRoche, I have taken and mind

as the property of the said Sylvang DeRoche, All the right , title

and freehold interest of the said Defendant, in and to 75 acres of

Land, situate on Township No. IV, in Prince County ; and I do

hereby give public notice that I will on the 22d day of February,

1866, at I2 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s,

in the said County, set up and cell at public auction, the said

property, or as much thereof as will Satisfy the levy marked on the

said writ,being £13 138 4d, with interest on £11, part thereof, from

the 12th day of September, 1862, until paid, besides Sherili’s fees and incidental expenses.
