Companies of 1st Queen’s County Regiment‘

of Militia, residing within the precincts of the City of Charlottetown and Common, Will assemble on Rochford Square, at 2 o’clock, p. m., on Monday, the 24th inst , for the Annual Militia Training for the year 1866, under the superintendence oi the Field Olli- cers of the Regiment. _

Arrangements as to Drill and Instruction will be made by the Inspecting Field Oilicer of Militia.

BUILDING, in Charlottetown. under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in a certain Inden- ture of Mortgage, bearing date the Twelfth day of October, A.D., 1860, and made between WILLIAM REID, then of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, Cartwright, and Sarah Reid, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon. John Longworth, of the same place, Barrister-at-Law, of the other part : ALL that piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown, in the said Island. bounded and described as follows, that is to say. commencing on the East side of Hills- borough Street, at the North-west boundary line of that part. of Town Lot Number Eighty-two, in the Fourth hundred of Lots in Charlottetown, belOnging to Thomas Pethick, Esquire, and ex- tending thence, northwestwardly, along said Hills- borough Street forty feet, and fromraid Street extending backwardly across said Town Lot, ac- cording to the existing side lines, for the distance of eighty-four feet, or until it strikes land belong— ing to the Hon. George Beer, being part of said Town Lot Number Eighty-two (82), in the Fourth hundred of Town Lots in the said Town; together with all buildings, rights and appurtenances to the said described piece of land belonging or appertaining.
