The award recognizes outstanding achievement by faculty of the University community.

Terms of Reference for the Award:

The intention of the award is to recognize faculty members who contribute to the campus community by actions which consistently go beyond the requirements of their position(s).

Eligibility ° Any full-time UPEI faculty member Who may nominate ° Any full-time UPEI student Nomination requirements ° Completed nomination form ° Letter of introduction and support by the nominating person ° Brief UPEI employment history ° 5 signatures of support

Send nominations submissions to Chair, UPEISU Faculty Award Committee c/o Executive Vice-President Student Union W.A. Murphy Student Centre

Deadline ° Friday, March 18", 2005 by 3:00pm

Awards will be selected by ° The committee outlined below, will shortlist the nominees and

the short-listed individuals will be voted on by full time students during the General Election.
