HEREAS a Writ has been issued to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty. intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways." and of the Acts in amendment thereof. whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land! through which a certain new road is intended to he made. commencing at Wightmon’s Mills, Lot 59, and extending to Peter’s Road, Lot 63. we do hereby give notice to all parties concerned. that we will commence the execution of the said writ by attending at Wight? man‘s mills. Lot 59. on "Monday. the 96 day of July next, at the hour of ten o'clock. in the forenoon. and from thence we will proceed through the said new line of road and complete the inquest according to law.
