HE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC LANDS, having under the authority of the Act 16 Vic., cap. 18, completed the PUR- CIIASE of those portions ofTownships Nos. 51 and 59, the PRO- PERTY of JAMES MONTGOMERY, Esquire, hereby notiﬁes all TENANTS and Uccupiers of Land on the above property, desirous of PURCHASING their several locations, that, in accordance with the 10th Section of the above recited Act, he is now prepared to receive the deposit of the purchase money of their several holdings, upon producing their titles, or agreements for the same.

0 BE SOLD by PUBLIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY, the TWELFTH day of JULY next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the COLONIAL BUILDle in Charlottetown, under and by virtue of a PoWer of Sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, hearing date the Thirteenth day of June, A.D. 1862, and made between John Egan then ofCharlottetown, in Prince Edward Is- land, Plasterer, and Margaret Egan, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon John LongWorth, of the same place, Barrister-at-Law, of the other part: ALL that piece or parcel of Land,situate on or form- ing part of Common Lot No Thirty-two. within the Royalty ofChar- lottetown, and described as Plot number Twelve in a certain Deed of Conveyance of parts of said Common Lot, executed by Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to the said John Longworth, hearing date the ﬁfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, and also on the pan annexed to said Deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-Westward by theSt. Peter’s Road, and having a suﬂicicnt front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said Road, the South-Western side line being Eighty-eight feet in length, and the North-eastern ninety—nine feet, the said North eastern line forming the side inc of a new street recently opened from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street, together with all buildings, fences, improvemens, rights and appurtenances to the said described piece of land, bellonging or appertaining.
