SHERIFF’S SALES.

' Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at

the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart against Donald McLean, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McLean, all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Donald McLean in and to One hundred acres of Land, little more or less, situate on Lot or Township Number 30, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging. in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that 1 will, on the 30th day of August, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being twenty-ﬁve pounds ten shillings and eleven pence debt, 163 8d for this writ, besides Sheriff's fees and

P virtue of a writ of Statute Execution, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Thomas Dawson against Angus McDonald, I have taken and seized as the propert of the said Angus McDonald, all his Right Title and Freehold Interest in and to Two hundred (200) acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township No. 47, bounded on the West by land in the possession of Nicodemus Campbell; on the North, by the Gulf shore; on the East, by land in the possession of Ilenry and Donald Keys; and on the South, by lands in the possession of James and Duncan Campbell, in King’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Saturday; the 14th day-of March, 1868, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Georgetown, in the said County, setup and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of Two hundred pounds (£200) debt, and £3 168 8d costs, besides Sheriff's

issused out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Sanderson against William Penny, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Penny, All his right, title and freehold interest in and to 100 acres of Land, at little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township No. 53, bounded on the North by the Road leading from Head of St. Peter’s Bay, to Cardigan, on the East by land in the pos- session of Michael Herring, and on the West by land in the possession of John McDonald, Roderick’s son, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Monday, the 19th day of August next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the old Court House in Georgetown, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £10 3s 4d, debt and costs, with interest on £7 10s, from 16th April, A.
