Assistant Positions For the 1992-93 Academic Year Are you interested in finding out more about the Resident Assistant positions coming up for the 1992- 93 academic year?

If your answer is YES!, then come to an information session on either of the dates and places listed below: 6p.m., Monday, January 27th in Bernardine Hall [MAPUS Lounge] 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 28th in Blanchard Hall [Main Lounge]

At these sessions there will be details given about expectations, responsibilities, hiring process, and benefits of the job of Resident Assistant.

If, in the meantime, you would like to pick up an application package you can do so by going to the Personnel Office on the second floor of the Kelly Building. Applications and references for this posi- tion are due noon, Friday, January 31th, 1992.

Dear unhappy Business Society Member

I would like to say that I wish you could have broughi your ill feelings to the attention of a member of the executive committee, but that is past history. In answer to your first point on the society meetings executive meetings are held every Tuesday at 5:30pm in our office in Kelly 3rd floor. With over 200 mem- bers it would be impossible for us to havea meeting

| where we could have enough people to get a quorum.

Your second point deals with our Harbour Cruise, we

_ had two such cruises contrary to your thinking these _ cruises were not wet. Whom ever told you they were _ for “19+ only’’ should be shot. The Business Society _ isnot Here to force anyone to drink if they do not _ want to. 1am assuming that you are a Freshman. This _ very fact has put you back a step, in that you probabl

have only one course in Kelly all year, Business.101.

. The rest of your courses are in other buildings. The

Business society does not post sign-up sheet and bulletins in other buildings. All up coming events are postin the lounge area of the 2nd floor Kelly, near our display case. The purpose of the Business Societ) is to foster a social atmosphere where business stu- dents can get to know one another and to take the concerns of those students to the Faculty. But if you don’t give us your concerns, what can we do to cor- rect the problem?
