MONTREAL tCP)-A squad of RCMP early Friday ended a search of the Swedish-American line ship - Nretsholm with the seizure of 524 - bottles of contraband liquor and sight cartons of cigarets.

An officer from the ship must appear in court and the line will be required to post 3800 before the ship can leave port.

Police said the liquor-rum and icognac-apparently had been ob- tained ln Havana. Cuba, and Vera Cruz. Mexico. It was found in water tanks near the propeller housing and in a secret compartment in an officer's quarters.
