out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of lien. James Ice against John Cameron, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Cameron, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Cameron, in and to Sixty-two acres of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot No. 16, on the Eg- uiont Bay Road, near Kent’s, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will,on Thursday, the 13th day of De- cember, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Elea- nor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £37 83 35d, currency, with interest on £34 83 31, part thereof, from 30th January, 1865, until paid, and 17s for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. ‘
