I have taken and seized as the property of the said Daniel h‘ithatrick. all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest. of the said Daniel I‘liZ- patrick, in and to all that piece or .parcel of Lund, situate, lying and being on the north Side of St. Peter's Road, and bounded as folloWs, that is to say :- commenco ing at the margn of the said road. at the divisnm line between Townships numbers thirty-live and tlnrty-s:x, and extending back on said lino until it meets John McAulaV’s land; thence along the line of said land westwardly to the land occupied by James MeQuanl; thence southerly to the St. Peter's Road; and thence

Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Matthias McDonald. in and to all that tract of Land and premises. minute on Township number thirty—five. in Queen's County. in the said Island, bounded as follows, that is to say: commencing at the north-west corner of the farm formerly occupied by the late John (Ban) Mc- Donald, of Mill Cove settlement; and running thence south along the western boundary of said farm, ninety- eight chains, until it strikes the northern boundary of the farm at present occupied by Thomas Dougan, of Black River settlement; thence running west ten chains, along the northern boundary of Thomas Doug- an's farm ; thence north ninety-five chains, until it strikes the Coullivullen Creek; thence in a northeast- erly direction along said creek and the shore of Bedford Bay. to the place of commencement, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the eighth day of June next, 1869, at twelve o'clock. noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown. in the said County, set up and sell, at public Auction. the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being thirty-three pounds six shillings and four-pence, (£33 63. 4d.) debt and costs. with interest on £24 113. 911., from lst November. 1867. until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
