1 unbeaten egg white

V4 cup sesame seeds

‘é tsp. hot water

11/; cup fresh on vated blue- berries

Prepare vanilla dessert. us- ing nutmeg and milk. following package directions. Chill until barely cool.

Meantime“. prepare p a s t ry shell to bake in pie-plate press-

edge down firmly with fork. Brush edge with little un- beaten egg White: dust with the sesame seeds. Bake 12 to 1 minutes In hot oven. 400 grces to 425 degrees: cool.

Spread -in vanilla dessert as filling. Refrigerate until cold. With fork. heat the hot water into the jelly: stir over hot wa- ter until the jelly melts.

Fold blueberries into melted jelly. Spread evenly over filling, be careful to avoid crushing blueberries. Refrigerate. until serving-time.

NOTE — Use any remaining egg-white when making puffy omelet or fluffy scrambled eggs.
