‘_ Y virtue ofa writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issused out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature,

at the suit of William Sanderson against William Penny, 1 have taken and seized as the property of the said William Penny, All his right, title and freehold interest in and to 100 acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township No. 525, bounded on the North by the Road leading from [lead of" St. Peter's Bay, to Cardigan, on the East by land in the os- {13551-30 of Michael Herring, and on the West by land in the possession of John McDonald, Roderick’s son, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Monday, the 10th day of August next, at the hour of12 o’clock, noon, at the old Court House in Georgetown, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of£10 3s 4d, debt and costs, with interest on LT 103, from 10th April, A. D. 1800, until paid, together With 103 Sd, for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed’ issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Isaac Burpee and Frederick Burpee against Alex- ander Waugh, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Alexander Waugh all the Right, Title, and Freehold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to One Hundred and fifty acres of Land, more or less tugether with the build- ings and improvements thereon, situate at Blue Shank, Lot or Township No. 10, adjoining the farm in the possession of James Connels ; also all the right, title and Leasehold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a Building Lot, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Water Street, in Summerside, adjoining the residence of Harry C. Green. Esq. ; also all the right, title and interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a Building Lot situated on the corner of Water and South Streets, in Summerside aforesaid, at present in the occupation of the said Alexander Waugh and divers other tenants; all of the above property being in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 25th day of January, 1868, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House. in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £274 38 4d, cy, with lawful interest on the sum of £2713s 4d, from the 14th January, 1807, until paid, also 165 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff's fees and incidental expenses.
