Fiction - Original prose, poetry, fiction

Consumer - Reporting on money matters

Photos - Assist our photographer in covering events

News - Reporting on general campus activities

If you have any interest in any of these areas, whether you want to write on a regular basis or a one-shot deal, please stuff your name and phone number through the slot in the door of our office (Room B06, basement of Main building).

Identity Crisis

We need a new name! The costs of printing this publication are taken care of by the Student Union, which in other words, means that this is YOUR paper. So, it only makes sense to get student input on what to re-christen the paper. Over the summer, this publication has undergone major format changes.

Since we no longer look like previous UPEI newspapers, we are very much looking for ideas on what to call ourselves. If you have any ideas that might solve this identity crisis, please stuff your suggestions through the door of our office, room B06, basement of Main Building.

Submission Policy

Anyone can submit articles this publication but please note the following:

- for legal reasons, all submissions must include author’s name and phone number; if you don’t want your name printed, please clearly indicate so - Submisssions are the property of this publication and will not be returned

- submissions may be dropped off at our office (room B06, basement of Main Building); we cherish typed submissions, submissions on three-and-a-half or five-and-a-quarter disk, or sent through the VAX to account Gem

- any submissions received after 3:00 Monday afternoon will not be published in the upcoming issue, but will be published in the issue of the following week, unless otherwise indicated

- We reserve the right to cdit or reject any submission
