Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Ilugh Montgomery, Jesse Wright asd Alexander Craig, Trustees and executors of William Craig, deceased, against James Murphy, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said James Murphy, All his right, title and interest in and to fifty-four acres of land, situate on Lot 27, in Prince County, and I do here- by give public notice. that I will on the 5th day of September. 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, sat up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much' thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £15 (ls 6d, with interest on £1183 6d. partthere- of, from the 1st December, 1860, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses. )Y virtue ot a writ of Fieri Facias tome directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John McDonald against Edward Cody, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Edward Cody, All his right,titlcand lease- hold interest, in and to 80 acres of l.and,fronting on the Monaghan ltoad, on Township No. 36, with all the buildingsand appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 30th day of March, 1864, at the Court House in Charlottetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the said writ, being £67 17s 8d, and interest on 1257, part thereof from the 27th day of February, 1863, until paid, together with Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses.
