ROAD COMPENSATION ACT. PUBLIC NOTICE.

IIEREAS a. Commission has been issued, directed to the " undersigned, whereby we are connnanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a. certain New line of ltoad is intended to pass, viz.— I‘rom the Road at Neil Shaw’s farm, Cove llead, Lot 34, to Angus McMullin’s term, and from thence to the Gulf Shore.

Now we do hereby give Public Notice, to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by at- tending at the house of Mr. William Lawson, Cove Head, on MON- DAY, the 23d July next, at the hour of 10 o‘clock in the fore- noon of the same day, and will proceed along the said contemplated
