The words in italics were inserted by the Senate. The object of Sir Louis Davies’ smerdment cou'd bero other than to rex move all obligation of secrecy regarding there numbered ballots. Since Sir Louis’ amencment referred to seciion 67,1 will quote the part of that section which reters te the numbering of ballots :—
