The bounty is payable only on starfish taken in that part of the bay which has been covered by topographical survey for oyster farming purposes. The total sum to be paid is limited to $500 but a simple bit of arithmetic will show that this is enough money to take carc of bounty on 2,000 gallons of i-hc bandits.
