However this may be, he wrote some letters to his paper. St Peters Island Notes.

This is a busy little place at this time of the year. Quite a iot of traffic is carried on tetween here and the maia shore. & number of people are hauling seaweed from this little Ieland for manure for their land, while others are hauling to it.

The Lund boys are starting up 2 lobster~ ing business, which is giving quite a num- ber of thw city truckmen a buay winter.

Rapid preparations are being made for the coming on of the lobster fishing season. Taylor Bros. have builtover four hundred traps for that purpose. James Taylor & Son hauled a new boat from Charlotie- town for the purpose of fishing. She was built by Martin Pinault, and is one of the finest boats that ever left Charlottetown.

The chief sport of this Island is shoot- Quite a uamber of birds have been shot on this little isle. Some of oar Od sports are preparing tor a good
